I want to lose my "MANBOOBS" and gain some kind of body definition. My ideal weight is going to be 190 or lower. I haven't been "fit" since I was in the 5th grade...It's time for a change.

Thanks, I'm using protein shakes, bcaa's, vault and i bought a fat burner stack from precision that comes with a bottle of zma. I know it's not easy but if you put your mind to it you can accomplish anything. Good luck.
Thanks for the comment. Just like you I also find a lot of motivation on here and there is almost an unlimited amount of information on Bodybuilding.com. The statement "Knowledge is Power" is definitely true especially in reaching fitness goals.... Read everything you can (even things you think you already know) it will help you along your journey...... GOODLUCK!!!
I not only needed a body transformation but also got one and so I know where you are coming from. Both my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I used the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks and had pretty good results so if you are interested I recommend you give it a look-see. It isn’t easy but it isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. I wish you strength, determination and success and if I can be of assistance feel free to give me a yell.
