I have been a member of BodyBuilding.com for several years now and have read various insights about losing fat, and gaining muscle.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy working out and pushing my body to new limits. I like to hear when people tell me that they can see a difference in the way I look.

I stay motivated whenever I look at where I used to be, and focus on where I'm going.

The knees are jacked up. I have zero lateral movement unless I go really slow. I am still able to run but only on a treadmill. I am waiting on appointment with a specialist for another MCL repair.

Good luck with those body stats and the tournament. Basketball has always been my downfall since every time I start lifting or dropping weight I end up hitting the courts and then re-injure my knee and then just end up falling off the wagon due to the inactivity. Needless to say that I've been playing ball twice a week since I starting dropping weight.
