Hey bro! Progress goes well, making some solid gains, the diet is strict and training has been brutal, and I'm loving it! How about you? Things going well?
That's great to hear man, congrats! I've got to get a new camera too, I dropped the last one, oops! Trainings going very well though, so hopefully I'll have some progress pics up sometime soon.
The knees are jacked up. I have zero lateral movement unless I go really slow. I am still able to run but only on a treadmill. I am waiting on appointment with a specialist for another MCL repair.
Good luck with those body stats and the tournament. Basketball has always been my downfall since every time I start lifting or dropping weight I end up hitting the courts and then re-injure my knee and then just end up falling off the wagon due to the inactivity. Needless to say that I've been playing ball twice a week since I starting dropping weight.
BIG BRO. I WAS THERE MAN. I DID CARDIO UNTIL I GOT THE WEIGHT DOWN THEN I STARTED TO DO WEIGHTS. CARDIO 1ST THEN YOU CAN MIX WEIGHTS WITH THE CARDIO. YOU DOING IT RIGHT!!
