How I Started:
I have always followed fitness. Being an athlete, I would push my body to the limit and maintain a constant high level of endurance. In, 2005 I fractured my leg in several places and went through two separate surgeries. I decided after the completion of my second rehab to build my body back even better than before!
I am currently training jujitsu, boxing, and muy thai. I am a competitive athlete and now need to maintain a high level of endurance, strenth, and mental focus.
Why I Love It:
There is nothing that makes me feel more excited, strong, and fierce!
How I Stay Motivated:
I know my body's potential and am determined to succeed...working in a field in which I am helping others improve their physical capabilites is motivation in itself.
Fighting has taken my love for training to a completely higher level. The intensity of my workouts and training always reach maximum output.
BB Accomplishments:
Last year I completed my first 12 week transformation with Kim Oddo. I lost a total of 18lbs and 10%bf.
I am currently preparing for fights and jujitsu tournaments.
