Why I Love It:
Weight training to me is all about that moment, the moment in time where everything stands still. You exhale heavily you feel your grip weaken on the bar, you look forward time has stopped you watch the sweat fall from your face as it smashes to the ground. You tighten your grip and hurl the weights to your chest once more every muscle in you cries out for you to stop - you pushed yourself beyond the point where your body wants to go but inside you know you must. Again you thrust the weight to your chest the only thing that silences the howl from your aching muscles is the resonant sound of the air exploding from your lungs. Why can’t you stop, why do you love the pain this is the animal in us all this is why I love weight training.
How I Stay Motivated:
I also stay motivated by having nutrition that compliments my workout I believe what you put into to your body is what you will get out.

Thanks man, the 240 was feeling a little blubbery, so I'm feeling more agile now, just in time for me to start bulking again, hopefully with a lower bf %. Keep on hulkin', and hope you take some new progress shots.
ha that sir sucks, but i like the bulking of course. If you didnt hear i have not been able to lift for like two weeks already and atleast one more week at least cause i decided to let my pants catch on fire, ha. but i am going to start the hardcore bulking like an animal as soon as i can start lifting again.
Thanks man, but I think you're lookin' just as hulkish, if not moreso. Hit me up for pec ideas if you want. Looking forward to seeing more of your progress. Keep on hulkin'.
