Mar, 2008
How I Started:
My health was declining due to poor diet + back problems.
I was tired of feeling like crap all the time and carrying around so much unnecessary weight.
I was starting to develop pre-diabetes symptoms. I am also at a higher risk due to most of my family having this disease.
Lastly, I felt like most of the time I didn't even want to be out in public.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel better. I feel relaxed and calm after a workout. It is a great stress reliever.

I will reach my goals soon.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I am just starting to eat the "CLEAN-UNPROCESSED FOOD" plan. Similar to the BodyForLife nutrition plan but more modified to resemble bodyspace's ChickenTuna.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Research as much information as you can on "working out". Email successful individuals on what they do to achieve their goals. Finding a work out partner, can help greatly.
since my last entry (mid april) i have maintained the same type of regimen i was doing.
i have safely lost 4 lbs since that weigh in.

just by cutting out a lot of the restaraunt and fastfood meals has...
My wife and I know where you are coming from & believe that you can make your fitness dreams come true. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. You will have to push yourself because it’s not super easy but it’s still not so hard that you can’t reach your goals. We are both here for you if you wish to give us a yell.
