So I moved to a different state for family reasons, and had to change gyms. Just when I got comfortable, got to know good people, it all had to change. Everybody keeps to themselves here and it seems that they are all mad at something. Well, I guess I will just wipe down my bench...
Day 1: Chest, Back, and ABS
My chest workout-incline db press, flat bb press, incline bb press, flat db press, weighted dips and then fly’s.
My back workout- Underhand pull downs, seated cable rows, bent over bb rows, and wide grip pull downs, dead lift.
I gotta tell ya...your screenname always makes me laugh. Where'd you come up with it? How're workouts going for you BTW? Freaky huge (250+) is my goal for this year.
Yes, the Ranch is still open! But you should go to Twin Peaks insted! My momma owns Twin Peaks and it is almost the same to The Ranch, but better burgers and prices =] Happy Thanksgiving!!
