My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

The first 3 days are more high rep and the last 4 days are more heavy.

Day 1 - Chest / Back / Abs

Day 2 - Quads / Hammys / Calves

Day 3 - Shoulders / Traps / Arms / Abs

Day 4 - Rest

Day 5 - Chest / Tris / Abs

Day 6 - Back / Bis / Abs

Day 7 - Quads / Hammys / Calves

Day 8 - Shoulders / Traps / Abs

Day 9 - Rest & Repeat

helenawf Hi. That is great. Keep it up! I have been dealing with a pinched nerve in my neck. I stopped lift for a month and now I am very slowly re-introducing weights to my body again.
