By keeping in mind how I am improving my life. It is also easy cause I have a natural love and drive for working out.

His work ethic, his attitude, his perseverance , and his shared passion for weight lifting along with education. I give that extra push in the gym and in life just thinking of his quote: "My goal when I come in here everyday is to make sure that if somebody beats me, its not because they outwork me."
For his transformation, dedication, and positive outlook. His story is inspirational and shows that everyone can change, and I have just been through the exact same thing. Plus, he eats like a machine.
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Not really sure, I just like the feeling of any cardio exercise, especially when you finish. You kinda feel like jumping back on and doing another 10 minutes.
Hey man, thanks so much for your support in following my log. I shall be starting my bulking log this day or the next, and it feels good knowing I have at least one person that will be looking at it. :)
