Why I Love It:
I love being able to feel that I'm accomplishing something. After a workout your sore, but you know that you worked hard to get there. Its a challenge but its fun, and it makes you feel good. Can't describe it fully, but I just love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
By keeping in mind how I am improving my life. It is also easy cause I have a natural love and drive for working out.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Not really sure, I just like the feeling of any cardio exercise, especially when you finish. You kinda feel like jumping back on and doing another 10 minutes.

ahaha. i hate being cold, though. i'd rather sweat than shiver. xD but that really shouldn't come as a surprise; i sweat every damn day of my life, regardless of the weather. ah, fitness. how i love thee. "<3" & oh fckin' ****. 37-42 all summer in vancouver! YES!!! ... although, it kinda sucks that i don't have my body back for it, though. ah, well...
