When I Started:
Jun, 2006
How I Started:
I got a set of 20 pound dumbbells when I was about 13 years old for Christmas. I did excercises with them on and off for years and nothing happened.. My Sophomore year in High School I took a weight lifting class and I noticed how much smaller I was than everyone else. I was 5'11 at 125 pounds. TINY. I wanted to get bigger. I started working my Junior year with only machines at a local small gym. I gained weight but still didn't know the essentials of weight lifting. After getting sick with mono during my Senior year, my weight went back down to around 126. June 2006, I decided it was enough. I HAD to get huge! I ordered a program from Anthony Ellis, I studied nutrition and the body for months... I did all it took. Here I am today over 30 pounds heavier and I am still going!
Why I Love It:
Going to the gym is not a chore for me. I love it. It's like how some people love to just go to the courts to play basketball. I can transfer my energy there... my confidence is very high in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I always look at bodybuilding.com for the people who have succeeded. Pictures of people with my ideal body are great to have too.
BB Accomplishments:
When I got down to 126, every 10 pounds was an accomplishment.
-130, 140, 150, 160, 170
Also, getting under 8% body fat was pretty sweet.

Thanks for the kinds words and also the support. I guess I am my worst critic or is it the fact that I look at myself all the time. I jusgt cannot see a difference...but it is good to know that others are seeing it.
Keep kicking ass and doing what you are doing!
About the same built; yes it is possible to gain more size and weight, focus more in your legs and chest and the goals will be at hand. Keep pumping heavy and smart
