I got a bench set and a pair of dumbells for my 14th birthday and ever since then i've readalot about excersizing and working out and have been applying those priciples to my diet and excersize regimen and now its become a very important part of my life.
Why I Love It:
Relieves stress,Makes you feel good about youreslf, Makes me feel like im doing something constructive,Its part of who i am.
