Workout Program:
What I try to do is work out 2 bodyparts a day 4 days a week. My combinations are biceps/back, chest/triceps, and shoulders/legs. My workout days are Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri. As I rotate through the workouts, whatever bodyparts that I work on Mon, I also work on Fri. I try to alternate my routines week to week. On Wed, Sat, and Sun-I try to run 3 miles. I figured that this workout will be effective because I am doing something everyday. I would like any comments as to whether or not I am on the right path.
