I have messed around with weights for a few years now, but I have never taken it seriously until now. I want to increase my strength, and improve my cardio and diet until I transform my body. I want to accomplish this by my 30th birthday.

Well, I must say that I had a great day. For the first time in my life, I was able to lift 315 pounds. I almost lifted 300 a couple of years back, but my spotter touched the bar-so I don't count that one. But this is the first time that I have been able to lift this heavy, especially since...
What I try to do is work out 2 bodyparts a day 4 days a week. My combinations are biceps/back, chest/triceps, and shoulders/legs. My workout days are Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri. As I rotate through the workouts, whatever bodyparts that I work on Mon, I also work on Fri. I try to alternate my...
Man, boy most of the black folks here are first and second generation Californians. My grandparents are from Arkansas! I took pictures about every 2-3 weeks and it really helped me get over those times of thinking 'nothing' was happening. And it's great looking back and thinking 'I did that'. I enjoyed reading your blog--keep writing!
