hai,its nice to hear fr u ...yes im trying really hard but u know my body type...im ecto..so its really hard to gain even 1 kg..i hav gained 3 kgs in 20 days...pls tell me lik wat all shud i eat to gain mass..i dont care abt fat cos cuttin down fat has never been a prob for me..rite now im havin 6 whole eggs per day and half kg chicken and normal food..trying hard..
