Workout 5-6 days a week. Day 1: Chest/Biceps/Calves/Cardio, Day 2: Traps/Middle Back/Lower Back/Abs/Cardio, Day 3: Calves/Cardio, Day 4: Shoulders/Triceps/Forearms/Abs/Cardio, Day 5: Quads/Hamstrings/Calves/Cardio, Day 6: Abs/Cardio (or extra rest day) then one rest day.

My Motivation Program

By talking to my fellow former fatties and sharing our tips, trials and tribulations. This is going to sound pretty funny, but I also get inspiration by checking out female fitness models and bodybuilders online. They're pretty much the ideal women. Naturally, they want an ideal man and I'm not that fit yet, so any time I feel like slacking, I just need to see a hot girl in a bikini to get the motivation to hit the gym.
