How I Started:
I've been working out for the past 3 years but doing so VERY inconsistently (off and on/ unmotivated). It's only been this year (2009) that I've really gotten into it. I've been dieting right and have developed a workout program that's been getting me pretty consistent gains. I just got a membership at Life Time Fitness 3 weeks ago and it's absolutely amazing--definitely my home away from home!
Why I Love It:
Working out relieves all of my stress and gives me a sense of accomplishment; I feel like I can conquer the world after every session of lifting weights.
How I Stay Motivated:
I can stay motivated just by looking at myself in the mirror. I can see the changes in my body and it pushes me to do even better!
