When I Started: Jan 2011
HOW I STARTED:

needed something to do other than the old me smoking,staying up playing computer games doing nothing jut being a hermet and looking like i had anorexia.

WHY I LOVE IT:

like the pump and feelinng after a good work out also the self disapline routine and other

idears on frozen ready meal recipes people

im gonna experiment with some frozen ready made meals next week as cant keep just freezing chicken and pork on its own as im bored wiyh the sam old now and its only been 3 week. if any one got idears please reply also nutrional info would be great, thanks people, gonna have a good search on the webb now..

struggling with eating..

as im not used to eating regulary any way im struggling to eat 300 thousand calories but think im doing weel anyway. but even if i get the right amount of protein and carbs to my body weight most timed that should be ok as most days im consuming between 140grams to 170grams of protein daily but have had a couple of bad days due to work, if any one could help that would be much appreciated and helpful////only three weeks in ,lifting eating and gulping down the shakes but will be weighing and measureing myself next week..peace
