Just noticed the new AVI - it's sometimes tough to tell depending on the lighting, but it looks to me like you may have made some serious gains with your pecs and abs. Am I right?

Just checking up on your training and I saw your new stats posted. Let's see: your weight's down, bodyfat is way down, arms are the same size, and your strength is up. Great work! I bet you're pleased with your progress. Keep it up!

Well, I can see your abs starting to come through nicely in your profile picture. I'm sure it's tough to keep up with your training while you are over there - but it does look like your work is paying off. Keep at it!

slow and controlled during your reps, alot of people do them to fast. squeeze at the top of your rep too. this is what works best for me. keep on your cardio and diet too. i doubt im headin to sturgis, i wish though

Our weather has been ok here. Kyle is basically a subdivision of Austin. We are actually right between austin and San Marcos. My cousin lives by TCU in Fort Worth and my aunt lives in Keller.
