doctordude For calves, I like to do timed sets. I'll set a timer for 2 min and do calf raises with a pause at the bottom, and do three sets. My arm day is really an arms and calves day. Aug 16, 2012 7:44am

Everette Henderson Outstanding, I know it's a little bit higher in carbs but I just compensate that by taking in less carbs in other areas. I love the taste so it's easy to stay on it. I'm toying around with ASSAULT right now for my pre-workout. Don't usually do them but figured why not. I'll keep you posted. Sep 13, 2011 12:14pm

DeanCorp On a decline bench - Doing 20 reps of pushing your feet up towards the roof (works your obliques) Then without putting your legs to the floor, legs together but bent and lifting your but/hips slightly off the bench (ever so small movement) to work bottom abs ( 20 reps) Then without stopping and putting your legs to the floor, immediately cross your legs over each other whilst still in the air and do 20 crunches.
