I focus on compounds.
I vary from doing seperate days to full body days.
Just focus on these lifts:
Squat, Deadlift, Bench, Military Press, Rows, Dips, Pull Ups, Lat Pull down, Pull overs
hey bro, i do alot of shrugs and incline dumbell presses which works alot of traps. but mainly i just pump alot of shrugs. i try to do 30 reps with the most weight i can and do 3 sets of that. and combined with my normal rows and other back workouts it gets hit hard.. just keep it up they will develop eventually. good luck bro
