Overall Goal: Like most people I was in good shape in high school. Lifting everyday, playing sports, but i've let myself go. It's time for a change and I think this site has what it takes to keep me motivated!
Fit Status:
got back on track from the diet ruining vacation! lost all the water weight i gained and then some to get back to where i was!
My dad used to bodybuild back in the day. Always pushed me to play sports and lift.
Then i decided i wasnt interested in football and baseball and wanted to be lazy! lol
Why I Love It:
Because it's a way to clear my mind
How I Stay Motivated:
I cant, that's why i am here! Need some support!
Lately though seeing that scale move and my strength increase has been great!

Glad to hear that the 1-arm flyes/presses might help - definitely keep me updated on that. It certainly helped my body even out. I've started the 5th week of my workout and lemme tell you: it's a beeotch!!!
