Overall Goal:  Like most people I was in good shape in high school. Lifting everyday, playing sports, but i've let myself go. It's time for a change and I think this site has what it takes to keep me motivated!

Fit Status:  got back on track from the diet ruining vacation! lost all the water weight i gained and then some to get back to where i was!

My dad used to bodybuild back in the day. Always pushed me to play sports and lift. Then i decided i wasnt interested in football and baseball and wanted to be lazy! lol
Why I Love It:
Because it's a way to clear my mind

I cant, that's why i am here! Need some support! Lately though seeing that scale move and my strength increase has been great!

6. Try to keep it heavy as i can for just 6 reps, if i can easily get more than 6, i up the weight
