I have been inconsistent in my workouts for a couple months. I have decided to buckle down, by changing my diet completley and lifting 4 times a week

Hi just saw you on the main page and figured i would take a look. So what do you do for your workout and such? and Good luck to you I just got back into lifting around the begining of december as well and am hoping to RULE THE WORLD! or just see some gains..lol
