totally 9.5 dude. that bicep has a very tall peak and that's tough for most of us to attain. the other vids showed good back and shoulder definition for sure. where are the rest of the images? did you remove them?

Well first you should make sure you and squats and deadlifts in your workouts cause these two movements will put lots of size on you fast,make you grow all over, check out my workout plan on my page as well, and make sure your protein intake is right too. see I my weight is 188 pounds so i need to eat 188 grams of protein everyday to gain mass, so you should also eat about 6 small meals a day so just take 30 grams of protein with every meal.
