get stated training at 31/01/2011, after illnesses:


catch a chill 13/12/2010 till 27/12/2010,


and second one 07/01/2011 till 18/01/2011.


lost about 5.5 kg, weight liftings down 20-30%.


but already get back 1.2 lbs.
