This is when my extra weight 'crept up' on me. I never was an overweight kid, but zero knowledge about nutrition and fitness brought this condition about. I dreaded to see number '2' in the hundreds place on the scale..I was tired all day long, knee health became even worse, and it was hard to find cute clothes in my size:(
