How I Started:
Well In in tenth grade I weighed 236 lb. When I dropped down to 170 in four months I kinda stopped working out and exercising. Now I am starting to get back into it.
Why I Love It:
It ensures and forces to attain healthy contributions to your mind and body. Also, it helps me get rid of all the stress built up inside my head.
How I Stay Motivated:
There is always something I want to change about my body. Bodybuilding helps achieve these results.
