I started working out a while back and really felt it was something great. Then I started to workout with a couple of my friends who were trainers and now I just love.

MY CURRENT WORKOUT IS BASED AROUND ADDING ON MASS, BUT I'VE BEEN CRAVING FOR SOME ABS RECENTLY. FOR AS LONG AS I'VE KNOWN MYSELF, I NEVER SEEN MY ABS BEFORE. WORKING ON A NEW ROUTINE FOR 2010 AND ONE MY GOALS WILL BE AIMED AT SEEING MY ABS FOR ONCE IN MY LIFE. I HAVEN'T DONE...
I preform all exercises for 3 sets. This workout is basically for building mass right now and getting more strength. I take a 45sec rest in between sets also.
Monday - Chest / Tri's / Abs
Flat DB Press - 6 - 8 reps Heavy as possible
Incline DB Press - 6-8 Reps Heavy as possible

If only I had that secret. I have to scratch for every ounce of muscle. I think I'm the ultimate hardgainer. My body will use any excuse to drop mass. I have to eat like a cow AND lift like a gorilla....guess that's the secret...Happy Thursday!

Thanks bro..yep, it is..My entire body is that way..I think everyone or most people have that issue..My left pec bigger than right, right arm bigger than left, haha..
