Also: I can e-mail you with a healthy pecan pie recipe if you're interested. It doesn't quite taste like the original, but it's pretty good and not nearly as bad for you as the original.
and make some whole grain dinner rolls.
oh, roast beef is good, too... and if you want some roasting tips, let me know and I'll send you a PM. LOL yes I get very excited about food. hahaha.

...and make some sweet potatoes with marshmallows for the rest of 'em who aren't down with healthy stuff. Sweet potatoes are also good with garlic and olive oil...and you could bake sweet potato fries in the oven.
As far as mashed potatoes, if you make them with skim milk, butter substitute, and plenty of seasoning, whipping them up to the right consistancy, they will taste almost as good as as the full-fat alternative.

Crap... rotator cuff :( that must make upper body really tough to work. when will it be healed up?
also out of curiousity, where in Virginia are you located, if you don't mind me asking? I grew up in Manassas and my parents live in Newport News now.
Christmas dinner bodybuilder style... well... you can't go wrong with turkey. Make some sweet potatoes with cinnamon, splenda, and a bit of "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray

Loving the new icon, haha
Yeah, I didn't completely stop eating healthy and working out, it just wasn't my focus for a couple months. I suppose I just got lazy and stressed out and started slackin' ;-) Yup, just excuses.
How have you been? :D

ah yes, clean bulk -- I need to do that after my competition. I never bulked before until I decided to compete in bodybuilding. I think I, uh, dirty bulked because only 65% of the weight was muscle; I'm hoping to maintain a certain body fat percentage in the future as I go up in weight (14-15% really... being super lean off season while adding muscle would be amazing)
I think all your pics look great by the way!

415x9=VERY IMPRESSIVE!Good job on that one!
nope,a little extra chubwub ain't no thing as long as you don't show off that chubwub on stage :)Before I got into BB, I didn't care about body fat % as long as I looked good, had no obvious pudge, and was healthy.
Besides, once you've reached more goals regarding strength/size,you can always cut the fat then.and itll be easier if you're not competing ;)I've been good.tired sometimes, hungry others, but good.eyes on the prize right?

Here's to cut abs for us in a month! *Tips glass full of ...some drink that I can't drink right now!*
I think we can do it; we are both pretty lean to begin with... it's just a matter of shocking our bodies into burning that extra stubborn layer of fat. :-)
I've also found that weighted ab exercises help... sometimes when you're lean but still not seeing the abs you want, it's because the muscles just aren't thick enough to bulge.
