Shrugged 225 lbs 5 sets 10 reps each set ;] 1 set i did 12. Think I'll add a lot more next time i hit it.

I'm finally 18 and I'm finally working out 5 days a week. =)

I'm only working out 3 days a week, sincei live far from the gym, but once i'm 18, i will be going 6 days a week
