I start working out July 2008 with my cousin. I never really knew what to do, had terrible form, not eating right, not taking supplements, or anything. So, in october of 2008, maybe november, I went to the gym with my friend who's ripped, and he taught me perfect form, new work outs, new routines, everything... And ever since, I've loved it. Thank you Ryan Fenton :D
Why I Love It:
I love to think I have a nice body, I love having abs, I love looking big, I love looking initmidating, and I love the attention I get.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at myself in the mirror and saying, Damn that doesn't look right, I'm tiny. And from other people's compliments and attention!
BB Accomplishments:
I just want to be bigger, I am thinking with my height to be about 190 - 210 lbs, and I wanna be about 8% body fat, and keep my tummy the way it is.
hey bro, great body there! im 6'2" and around 175 now. went from 155 to 175 in half a year and ohh man its hard work, keep concentriting and you'll reach ur goal. keep eating!!! 70% nutriton 30% exercise.
