I love the feel of lifting heavey weights, the attention from other people, and the results I get. It gives the body a chance to change shape and makes you healthier.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at myself everyday and at what I have accomplished. Even if I reach a plateau on specific exersises, my body is there for me. I can always strive to lift heavier weights.

Stay lean while building muscle and getting as strong as I possibly can.
Goal (Long):
Since seeing results, I've been highly motivated to continue training. I guess I won't know my long term goal, because as soon as I reach it, I'll just want more. I'll set my goals as high as I can and try to achieve them without a real deadline. So here is everything I have:
-Gain as much lean muscle mass as I possibly can naturally
-Become as strong as I can
-Prove to all those damn skeptics that bodybuilding, powerlifting, and olympic lifting ARE sports
Finally, I want to involve myself in the fitness and bodybuilding industry as much as possible, compete, and encourage others to improve their lives by beggining weight training.
I read tons of books and articles on bodybuilding, and usually draw my own conclusions. Hi. Ernährungsplan?? Hab kein. Kann alles essen was ich will und wie viel ich will. Ich nehm durch Nahrung nicht zu. Und du Trainierst also wie es dir Spaß macht. cool. Aber nach welcher Methode??
