Latina-Wanda Que-si-que?!?!? You always make me smile! I think that 'theoretically' it is possible that such a person exists... I just found out that I have another brother that I never knew existed since my father was a busy man...haha So you see, there could be a cousin, an aunt, a sister out there in the lot too! Angelina8226 Thank you! Im working with SteveP78 on here - amazing guy!! Triple sets are 3 exercises for one body group - worked consecutively as one set. Repeat 4 times. Example, I have dumbell presses @ 6 reps, incline presses @ 12, and flys @ 25. Work them non stop in that order and that is set one - then repeat. :) Aug 29, 2012 5:30pm
