Had Gastric Banding Surgery( The Lap Band)& Was unhappy with self-image,(before surgery)
Why I Love It:
The Natural High you get.I can't wait to get to the Gym . I wear a hoddie and the sweat just runs down my back and chest it feels great. About 1 hour and I am soaking wet with sweat. I take off my hoddie if my t'shirt underneath isn't to bad.I work out in it. Or get a new one and off to the machines I go. The burn is great ! I am Hooked .
How I Stay Motivated:
Just thinking how healthy I will be. And just seeing how ripped and cut everyone else is. Totally awesome. I am hooked ! I can't wait to get to the gym . I love Cardio but I love the feel of the Burn .
BB Accomplishments:
Getting to the Gym and working out and feeling good about what have accomplished so far a just looking out for tomorrow ~

Goal (Long):
My goal is to get down to a size 34 inch pants and a 44 chest just to look good when I see myself.and to have a 6 pack !
3 days cardio 1-1 1/2 hours per day with some push ups and sit ups .

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
High Protein Diet ! 2 protein Shakes per day 3.5 -4 oz pc of chicken or turkey , Vegetable and fruit and up 2 a gallon of water per day. plus what ever is in protein shake !
I use to live on diet pepsi or diet coke! I was a diebetic,I drank at least 2,2lirtes a day. Today I haven't had any soft drinks for almost a year.I do drink 8-10 glasses or bottles of water a day plus caffine free Ice tea once in a while . No sugar added !
As of right now I am doing Cardio. 1 Hour on tread mill monday,wednesday and friday . I start out @ 1. incline and speed is a fast walk. Every 3 minutes I increase the inclineby .5 about 1 minute after i increase the incline.I work up to 5.0 incline then I decrease the incline as I increase...

Keep going man I tried just losing weight and it wasn't working so I pumped up the calories and the food nearly 5 lbs of protein rich foods per day and plenty of carbohydrates. So far my waist dropped another inch and I feel even better but I will not step on that scale not today anyways.
