A fitness trainer at my gym had a rockin hard body and I wanted to have it too!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel so good, and I like inspiring others.
How I Stay Motivated:
My self-will, determination, the results everyone as well as myself see, the progress I make, everything I'm learning; and of course the music on my ipod.
BB Accomplishments:
How my butt became so nicely shaped, my legs are getting so tone, and I'm slowly losing my mid-section.

As of November 2009; I am working a program with FitnessPoynters.com to build lean muscle and shred fat! I previously had been lifting heavy by the help of a body-builder/trainer named Kelley Green through Cal Fitness, but I couldn't shred anymore fat. I believe in Steve Poynter...
