Out of shape in the Bahamas Front Wimpy double bi...lol
First off, I hate this pic because I was letting myself get a bit too relaxed.
I'm working hard. I hate my arms but I'm working on getting them there. It's only been about 3 + months so in a year or so I'll be back to national level status:P

I broke so many bones in my body I didn't think I would ever be the same and I'm not but I'm much better than what everyone expected.

I was given 10 hours to live when I was involoved in a motor-vehicle accident. They said I wouldn't survive, be paralyzed, walk properly etc. Hey, I proved them all wrong, plus I'm training again.

My left knee is all messed up:(

All the ligaments and tendons were torn from my left knee and my LCL and ACL were damaged also. I had a full knee re-construction with the LCL repair. They didn't even bother to do my ACL.

It's been over two years and one was nearly spent

I was in a wheelchair for nearly a year, then a walker for a month or so and then a cane for 6-8 months. Coming back from this wasn't easy:(

I'm finally starting to make some descent progress after a 2 year hiatus. It's been extremely difficult for me but I'm working hard and working around my injuries. Stage, here I come!

I have been training seriously for about 5 weeks now. I started before but wound up getting injured. The key now is to train, heavy but smart, hard but without injury and most of all intensely to make some serious gains again:)

I've been training my ass off for 3 months hardcore after a 2+ year lay off due to my accident. It's difficult but I'm working hard.
