I train by the way I feel..If I feel like training a certain bodypart, then I'll train it! Rest is critical for me..I do a lot of volume with heavy weight in the off season..So I rest quite a bit during that time...When I'm dieting it's a little different with the cardio..Pre-contest I'll get...
hey bro...back up to 236lbs. This come back has taken forever, but I am on track to compete in November and hope to come in at the top of the heavies. Not sure at 42 I can carry the 270 I used to...but I figure I will take it back to 250 and come down.

Thank you for stopping by! I'm sorry I haven't written you in awhile. Training is great, i'm actually as of(2 days ago;) ) working w/ Mike Davies for the nutrition/cardio so i'm pretty excited about that!:) Things are going well though and I'm even more motivated than ever :)
