Pregnant and 227lbs
This was taken two months before I went into labor. I'm not sure how much I weighed in this picture, but I peaked at 227lbs in April when I had my bundle of joy.  About 40 lbs lighter. I still got a long way to go. My problem area is my lower body...uggh those thighs.

Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): My overall goal is to be leaner, stronger and healthier.
Goal (Long): I want to go down to a 130 lbs. I had my daughter in April and I weighed 227 lbs. Now, in October, I weigh 189 lbs. I want flatter abs, firmer thighs, stronger arms and more energy. I want to lose on average 10 lbs a month for the next seven months. So, First I want to set a goal of 170lbs by Feb and then we'll see where I am.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 59 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 12%

Goodmorning to all, yesterday I had a pretty good day overall.  My calories were on point ....I consumed 1239 calories. These 1239 calories consisted of 20%/ Fat, 41%/Protein, and 39% carbs.  I just remembered that I forgot to calculate my flaxseed...oh well.  As far as my training is...
