I like to try different things to keep interesting
I have been weight training 5-6 days a week and Cardio 5-7 days a week pending on how my body feels or schedule.
Currently I am playing pick-up basketball on Sundays, signed up for Maxx-Traxx class (like crossfit) Tue. & Thur., joined a running club at my work on Thur. and I am going to start swimming on Tues.
I try to jog outside 2x a week; I get a better sweat/cardio and feel I get better results.

Trying to find my balance
Currently I have added Whey Protein to my diet; hopefully I will gain muscle quicker to burn the fat quicker!! I eat in the typical way 5-7 small meals/ day lots of water. Cut out a lot of junk. Still weaning it out but I don’t crave it as much and have more control over it. (no more junk binge). I also listen to my body if I am too hungry I will eat and if I am not hungry at all I will wait an hour or so. I do juggle a bit with the CARB portion part.
