Goal (Long):
To gain 5 lbs and drop body fat to 12%. I want to establish a regular sleep pattern and to stop eating fast food. I want to do this by December.I want to regain the abs of my college years while increasing my muscle mass. I want to regain the strength in my legs and increase my jumping ability.

Today I increased my bench from 235 to 250 for 4 sets w/ no spotter. One notch in my belt back on my way to 400+ bench
