I sat down one day with an old friend and we talked about how if we did nothing, a year would pass and we'd be sitting and saying how frustrated we were all over again about our weight. We decided to support each other, and I took it full speed.
I started by walking with my coworkers on breaks. Then I started using my machine at home. I cut down on sodas and other junk. Two months later, after seeing results, I joined a gym and started seeing a trainer.
Why I Love It:
Can't get enough of the PUMP! It is challenging, relaxing, and has reachable goals. The rewards are priceless.

How I Stay Motivated:
I visit bodybuilding.com weekly transformations. I stay in touch with my nutrition coach and my trainer. I enjoy listening to others' success stories.
I bared everything for you on March 3rd, 2007. Big deal for me to reveal my abdomen. Hope not to gross you out, but I'm sure the continuous pics with the same bikini will improve as we get closer to winter 2009. This will keep me on my toes!

gotta luv arm day...50 min workout with the freeweights all to myself. luv those nights. listened to slow jams from my time. just an overall great pump and good sweaty cardio afterwards. not much to share tonight. had a rough day so it was great to let out the steam on the iron.
Hey you got mental strength to spare. You are my wonder woman and you can do what ever that pretty little head of yours can dream up! You gotta stay strong cause you are an inspiration to so many.
Oh yes I'm for sure going. Are you coming out? Hell yes I need to plan ahead or I will get lost in transition so I want to jump from 1 program to the next with maybe a week of my own thing in between. I'm guessing I will need to put on about 15lbs of muscle. thats just a guess though.
