I sat down one day with an old friend and we talked about how if we did nothing, a year would pass and we'd be sitting and saying how frustrated we were all over again about our weight. We decided to support each other, and I took it full speed.
I started by walking with my coworkers on breaks. Then I started using my machine at home. I cut down on sodas and other junk. Two months later, after seeing results, I joined a gym and started seeing a trainer.
Why I Love It:
Can't get enough of the PUMP! It is challenging, relaxing, and has reachable goals. The rewards are priceless.

How I Stay Motivated:
I visit bodybuilding.com weekly transformations. I stay in touch with my nutrition coach and my trainer. I enjoy listening to others' success stories.
I bared everything for you on March 3rd, 2007. Big deal for me to reveal my abdomen. Hope not to gross you out, but I'm sure the continuous pics with the same bikini will improve as we get closer to winter 2009. This will keep me on my toes!

Nick has helped me along my journey. He knows what it takes to scult a body, he understand the science of it, and he has the willpower to accomplish his goals. His consistency and diligence has inspired me over and over! Thanks Nick :)
gotta luv arm day...50 min workout with the freeweights all to myself. luv those nights. listened to slow jams from my time. just an overall great pump and good sweaty cardio afterwards. not much to share tonight. had a rough day so it was great to let out the steam on the iron.
I am doing better, I have been letting school and everything else getting to me and need to make sure that I take time to do what I need to do. How are things going for you?
hey girl! ive missed you lots. I like reading your blogs and how you will use the weight gain to your advantage. That is great. Thats what i did too(after crying into my haggendaas for a while of course)lol.!!
Thank you so much Christina! I've been lifting heavy, heavy weight! Been getting a little frustrated lately though coz I want to lose fat quicker- it's taking forever :(
