i swam all through hs and it was a sport where u always showed ur body off everyday. from that ive become obsessed with fitness and staying in shape. i had the chance to swim in college but i joined the army instead. for the past 3 years ive been lifting on and off mainly bc i constantly leave for the military. but now im in it to stay bc ive found ways around it
Why I Love It:
its a feel good feeling not many ppl understand. i love doing things where...u only get out what u put in
How I Stay Motivated:
my buddy and i started working out at the same time together years ago. ive been on and off whiles hes been true to it the whole time. everytime i come back home from active orders, hes bigger and bigger and recently started entering body building contests. that could of been where i was at too. my motivation is knowing its never to late
BB Accomplishments:
i use to have accomplishments i was proud of...but im not at where i was then. so ill repost after a month or so
trying to get back where to where i use to be in the weight room a couple years ago. i wanna be at 165 and 7%bf by the end of january
Goal (Long):
by the time i leave iraq in june...i want my bench aat 330, my deadlift at 475 and my clean at 225. i use to be at 2% bf and healthy but thats when i swam nearly 18,000 yds a day competitively so i dont expect that back but i want to try for 7% in jan...maybe 5% by june
