After 3 months off, I'm back in the gym. I've got lots to do. I need to burn fat and get my tone back

Background
I started working out when I was dating my Fiance. He was in the Army, so physical fitness was essential for him. I had never been inside a gym until then. The gym that we joined was less then 5 minutes away and was open 7 days a week. It was a plus that they had childcare on site given that I had a 3 year old that I had to bring. At that time I wasn't very serious, like I am now. I had no idea what I was doing or what good form was. I more less did Cardio to try and get a few pounds off and also to tone up.
I love Bodybuilding and working out for many reasons. Wow, where do I start..? First, I love to see the results. I enjoy watching my body transform into something amazing. Not only can I look good, but I feel good and to be that is very important. Working out became a lifestyle change for me. It helps me get rid of stress along with those everyday life stressors. When I'm at the gym, it's all about me. No one else. It's my routine, my body, my transformation. I also know that I am doing something good for myself by making a healthy lifestyle change.
