i started in track but got the gym memeber ship for summer but then stoped when sports started again
Why I Love It:
i love the feeling of knoing u had a great work out and i love the pump u have during it and of course the out come of working out
How I Stay Motivated:
looking in the mirror and wanting to see myself grow

ive always been the skinny kid to everyone but its begnign to change and its time to make it work now that i am out of high skool i wana weigh 165 - 170 by the end of this summer (i weigh 152 now ) bench 245 at least , im not sure of my body fat % but keep it under 10%
