Balanced strength and endurance performance, and looking the part.
Goal (Long):
I like to set combined goals, like running a race and on the day before also be able to hit some lifting targets. Typically I'll pick two opposing motions, and scale them to body weight. Lately it's been # of reps to failure on bodyweight pull-ups and bodyweight dips.
That's it... after the latest setback, getting sick for a week just two weeks out from a 5k race, I'm gonna forget about running for a while. In fact, I'm not going to work on performance at all. It's time to go hardcore for that lean physique that's always escaped me. I expect to do a...
