yea, I started upping my cals this at the end of last week to 1500. I'm not losing, but I'm not gaining either. so i'm learning thata little more cals won't cause me to gain fat like I feared.

I'm doing a 4 day split with my weight training. Lifting heavy in the 6-8rep range. I do about 40 min of cardio a day. According to my HR monitor I'm burning about 5000 cals a week just with workouts.

As far as diet I'm getting 50%Pro 30%Carb 20%fat. I'm only getting like 1300cals a day and I think that may be my problem. too large of a deficit.

I'm frustrated. That's the best I can say. I am busting my ass and watching my cals and NOTHING! I burn 4000 cals a week with my workouts and eat 1300 a day clean and I'n not losing, tightening or anything. so I haven't [osted because I feel like a failure. If you can help please give me advice!

Its going pretty good. Seeing results in my abs. This week is a struggle, though. Its a recovery week so lots of stretching a only a little cardio and no weights. I feel like I should be doing more. Trying to trust in the program.
