Not really sure, I've just always wanted to have a nice physique and large muscles..I want to look like a freak!!
Why I Love It:
Because it makes me feel great, and I love the fact that I'm transforming my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep picturing the image that I want to portray, and keep my body in the best possible shape. I also look at bodybuilders such as Ronnie Coleman and get motivated.

300 on benchpress @ 157 pounds.

Jump up to 165 in weight, and then get shredded afterwards. I'm training harder than ever this year.
Goal (Long):
I pretty much just want to gain some serious mass and lean muscle over this summer. I plan on taking some weight gainer and Universal Torrent, while doing my hardest set of weight training at the gym for the next 3 months. I want to get up to 165, then when that happens I will start getting cut up again. I want to have a maximum of 3-5% bodyfat when I'm completely finished, so I will look alot more defined and overall nice =]
Hey guys, this is my first blog here on bb.com..anyway, I've been training exceptionally hard lately, about a month ago, my biceps measured in at 13" (which they were stuck at for about 4 months or so), but when I measured them today they were at 14.1 inches..I was shocked! I've never seen...

been pretty solid, mainly focusing on upper chest right now. hit 125's for 7 dumbbells on incline yesterday new PR. got back on C E L L U CORs p6 everyting has sky rocketed in strength up 20 lbs on everyyting in 2 weeks - 10 workouts ahhaha! ****s rediculous!
Its funny how guys sometimes hate on others.. Dude your 19 and you got great genes! People are going to bust your balls the rest of your life if you stick with the sport! Mostly they are just jealous or uneducated!!!
