My goal is to burn off excess bodyfat and tone up.
Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to have a six pack. I have been weight training off and on for mny years. I feel I am to the point now where it is time to seriously dedicate myself to achieve my goals. I want to build a strong muscular body with low bodyfat levels. I feel that if I really dedicate myself I can achieve my goals in as little time as possible and be able to help and inspire others to reach thier goals.
hi harold..i am sorry for your shoulder:-(me too i am injured from my shoulder so i know the pain.you can use this rest for to make more cardio and abs workout:-)...make each day 45-60 minutes of bike/treadmill or stepper.make a hard diet+cardio and see the result in 2 weeks...have a nice week end..

me too i was in the army(SF)and i know the menu:-( so you should go for the best supplements but pleas add a very good thermogenic in your supplements.HYDROXYCUT or LIPO6X if you can find.add cadio to loose weight but before cardio take 25-30 gr of whey to protect your muscles.loose fat not muscle..after each workout take 40-50 gr whey.and before bed:25-30 gr whey..
hi harold.thanks to join our group.we all are fitness fans and love to change our bodies.i read your goal and your current supplements list.why you don't have any strong supplement in your list like HOT ROX EXTREME(BIOTEST) or LIPO6X(NUTREX).do you have enough cardio workout in your training?mimimum 60 minutes of cardioevery 2 days...or maybe each day..please let me know your diet/workout/suppl list..thanks...
