How I Started:
I haven't worked out for about 11 years and now I have 2 kids and was fat, out of shape and unhappy so as a new years resolution I got back into working out.
Why I Love It:
Love the energy it gives you, the results that you see regularly and also the stamina and healthy feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read lot of Muscle & Fitness with a lot of other health magazines and also look at old pictures of me when I was bodybuilding.
BB Accomplishments:
12 years ago in my first BB contest I got 3rd place in the light weight division in the San Jose BB contest.

Goal (Long):
My goal is to be able to go up stairs with out running out of breath, to be able to tie my shoes and not have my stomach get in the way. I want to be able to play with my kids and not get tired out. I want to be able to wear 32 inch waist pants again and not bust buttons on my pants. Also to not have acid reflux on a daily basis. And of course I don't want to get diabetes.
