How I Started:
I didn't want to be skinny anymore. I also wanted to be a better football player. I really started at the end of november 2006 but i only worked out once a week and I wasn't doing all that much, but enough to start out. i'm trying to step it up a notch now

i'd like to lead my high school to a better football reputation. Other than that, i want ultimate fitness: strength, endurance, balance, vertical jump, speed. 75 pushups(one cm to the ground and back to lockout) bench press 185, deadlift 405lbs, power clean 200lbs

Certainly have tall lean tightly muscled body of runner but you're right you'll have to put a few lbs of muscle for football. Best of luck with running season and keep us posted on both the training and season. Andre
