How I Started: I didn't want to be skinny anymore. I also wanted to be a better football player. I really started at the end of november 2006 but i only worked out once a week and I wasn't doing all that much, but enough to start out. i'm trying to step it up a notch now

Goal (Long): i'd like to lead my high school to a better football reputation. Other than that, i want ultimate fitness: strength, endurance, balance, vertical jump, speed. 75 pushups(one cm to the ground and back to lockout) bench press 185, deadlift 405lbs, power clean 200lbs
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 7%

Certainly have tall lean tightly muscled body of runner but you're right you'll have to put a few lbs of muscle for football. Best of luck with running season and keep us posted on both the training and season. Andre
