How I Started:
I originally started training for high school / college baseball in 1998 where I learned the basics but only focused on major lifts (bench, squat, clean, dead lift). Now I lift for looks really. Detail type stuff. Two straight hours of biceps and forearms daily.
Why I Love It:
Gets the adrenaline going. Testosterone. Getting tan and jacked. I can stare at the cardio bunnies from the mirror and they don't know I'm looking at them. I can forget all my obligations for that day and focus.
How I Stay Motivated:
Daily flex-offs in the hallway mirror. My lifting partner. Reading and researching. Switching up routines, reps, rest, cardio, music, etc.

Hahah yeah that was me at Firestones, it was Brett's idea. As of right now i am at about 149, and 4.5%bodyfat Which is what I am at most of the year...so i need thoughs cheat-meals. Never had a problem with being lean, just gaining.

Great! For me, my workouts/eating have been kinda horrible but i plan to make up for it this coming week. And yea, the ARC has been crowded- for the first time all the dumbbells that i usually use were taken! G, i saw you the other day in the weight room and i thought it'd be weird if i said something, lol.. but next time i'll say hi. Have a good week! the quarter is almost over!!!
What's up bro? For nutrition I am trying to make sure I get AT LEAST 200 grams of protein DAILY, I've increased the green veggies: broccoli, green beans, and spinach. Also, I am eating more fruits and lean meats and potatoes. Remember bro, if I can help AT ALL I will do my best to do so. No secrets between me and my gym rat brothren. Take care.
